GUWAHATI : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a revised schedule of Civil Services Preliminary Examination today, June 5. The exam will be held on October 4, 2020 and Civil Services main exam will be conducted on January 8, 2021.
Earlier, the preliminary examination was scheduled to be conducted on May 31 which stood postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

UPSC exams are one of India’s most desired examinations with over 7 lakh candidates registering for the exam every year. Around 10 lakh candidates have registered for the Civil Services Preliminary examination this year.
