GUWAHATI: The busy Road Under Bridge (RUB) in Maligaon area of Guwahati has been painted beautifully to depict the cultural heritage and unity of NorthEast India.
It is to be mentioned that the Indian Railways is making sustained efforts to promote local artists and to make railway premises clean & beautiful.
