GUWAHATI: Elusive commander-in-chief of the ULFA (I), Paresh Barua has extended his regret for the people who were injured in the explosion.

Talking to the editor of Pratidin Time, ULFA chief said that the grenade was aimed at the security agency personnel but innocent civilians got injured in the process.
