GUWAHATI: A road accident in Baksa on Monday, March 10 claimed the lives of two individuals after their motorcycle collided with a stationary truck. The deceased have been identified as Vicky Medhi and Mriganka Das, a CISF jawan from Assam.

According to reports, the duo was travelling from Simla to Jalah when the accident occurred. Their vehicle crashed into a stationary truck, resulting in their deaths.
Speaking to GPlus, an official from Simla Police Station confirmed the incident, stating, “A road accident in Baksa has claimed two lives. Their vehicle crashed into a stationary truck, resulting in their deaths. The bodies have been recovered and sent to Dr. Ravi Boro Civil Hospital in Mussalpur for post-mortem examination.”
