GUWAHATI: A team from the Central Guwahati Police District, under Panbazaar Police Station, arrested two individuals – Ratul Dutta from Hojai and Biswajit Garh from Bokajan – for the theft of 69 packs of cigarettes.

The stolen items were recovered from the suspects, who confessed to stealing from a shop in Lumding.
