GUWAHATI: Guwahati cyber police have arrested two individuals for allegedly selling obscene images on Telegram. The arrests took place on Thursday, March 13, and Friday, March 14. The accused, identified as Gautam Das and Manshab Biswas, have been taken into judicial custody.
According to reports, Manshab Biswas and Gautam Das were involved in selling explicit photos of girls.
Speaking to GPlus, an official from Guwahati cyber police stated, “Two individuals were arrested for allegedly selling obscene photos on Telegram. Investigation is underway to identify others involved in the racket.”
