GUWAHATI: In what has been termed as a routine transfer, Dr Ratna Talukdar has been relieved of his duties as Principal of Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH). This was confirmed by Assam Minister of State for Health, Pijush Hazarika, exclusively to G Plus.
Superintendent of GMCH, Ramen Talukdar has also been relieved off his duties and transferred.
The official notification in this regard is yet to be made public and is expected to be done tomorrow, that is 10th June.
