GUWAHATI: Three athletes from Assam have secured qualification for the 8th Asian Taekwondo Poomsae Championship, scheduled to take place in Da Nang City, Vietnam, from May 14 to 15.

The athletes who have earned qualification are as follows:

-Harsha Singha who is competing in the Female Individual Poomsae category under 40, hails from Kamrup(Metro).
-Erin Nobis who is set to compete in the Pair Poomsae category under 30, is also from Kamrup(Metro).
-Debdas Kr Roy who is competing in both the Male Individual Poomsae and Pair Poomsae categories under 30, representing Dhubri.
