GUWAHATI: Three rhino poachers were arrested from Bagori range of Kaziranga National Park (KNP) on Wednesday, May 29.
The arrest was made after a joint operation was carried out by the police, Kaziranga forest officials and Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB).

The poachers have been identified as Sahidul Islam and Jiarul Haque from Jakhlabandha and Anwar Hussain frpm Kampur.
One modified rifle and four rounds of live ammunition has also been recovered.
