The 2024 edition of the TEDxIITGuwahati will be held tomorrow, February 11 at the Main Auditorium of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati.
The annual TEDxIITGuwahati's event will feature a day brimming with inspiration and groundbreaking ideas with several distinguished speakers attending the event, including Ilina Sinha, an English and Bishnupriya Manipuri poet, Asutosh Kashyap, visionary filmmaker and founder of Utpaat Vision and Creations, Mrinal Talukdar, the stalwart in Assam journalism for over 35 years, Rituparna Neog, the Associate Vice Chairperson of State Transgender Welfare Board of Government of Assam and the Founder & Director of Akam Foundation, Sudhana Sankar, a Bharatanatyam dancer, teacher, model and aspiring actor, Policeman Rajat Rathor, Captain Satendra Sangwan, athlete and Kargil war veteran and prominent educator Aleena Rais.
The theme for this year’s edition of TEDxIITGuwahati is ‘Echoes of Stillness’ and why it is important to take breaks and how they help us grow and let us think about our journey, what really matters, besides re-energizing us and helping us in self-discovery. The lessons learned during these breaks are like a guide for the next steps in our journey.
