Sourav Ganguly Rushed to Apollo Hospital Again

BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has been rushed to the hospital again on Wednesday, January 27 after he complained of chest pain.

According to media reports, the former captain of the Indian cricket team was taken to Apollo Hospital in Kolkata after he complained of pain in his chest.


The 48-year old former Indian captain was admitted to the critical care unit of the hospital. Ganguly’s health is being closely monitored by a team of expert doctors at Apollo Hospital in Kolkata. It has however been confirmed by the doctors of the hospital that the situation of Ganguly is “not alarming.”


Ganguly recently underwent angioplasty after he had complained of chest pain. He was released from the hospital after 5 days of continuous monitoring by the doctors. Ganguly is also the current president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India.
