Siddhartha Bhattacharya on Monday officially took charge of his office at Janata Bhawan.
The minister will have his office on the 4th floor of D-Block.
Bhattacharya took charge of his offfice by offering prayers to his deceased parents.

Citizens are happy that he as been alotted the Guwahati Development Department (GDD). After his induction in the ministry, his supporters from the constituency have thronged his residence with their wishes. The supporters, talking to G Plus said, “We are happy that he will head GDD and help in developing Guwahati.”
Along with GDD, Bhattacharya will also handle education (elementary and higher secondary) and law & justice.
