GUWAHATI: Educational institutions such as schools, colleges and coaching centres will reopen after consultation with States and Union Territories in the Second phase.
State Governments and UTs are advised to hold consultations at the institution level with parents and other stakeholders of such institutions.
Based on the feedback, a decision on the re-opening of these institutions will be taken in the month of July, 2020 and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare will prepare separate directives for these institutions to follow.

These guidelines have been issued by MHA, Government of India. Assam state government guidelines may differ from the same and are expected to be issued early next week.
