GUWAHATI: Ahead of the upcoming assembly elections, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will kick off the party's election campaign in Assam on February 14 from the historic city of Sivasagar in upper Assam. Gandhi last visited Assam to pay tribute to former Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi.
