“Today, on the soil of Bihar, I say to the whole world, India will identify, trace, and punish every terrorist and their backers. We will pursue them to the ends of the Earth,” Modi declared, underlining India's zero-tolerance stance on terrorism.

Addressing the emotional impact of the attack, he said, “The entire nation is saddened by the brutality with which terrorists killed innocent civilians in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on April 22.” Reaffirming the government’s commitment to justice, he continued, “I want to say in very clear words that these terrorists and those who conspired towards this attack will get a punishment bigger than they can imagine.”

The Prime Minister also emphasised that the spirit of the nation would remain firm and united in the face of such threats. “India's spirit will never be broken by terrorism. Terrorism will not go unpunished. Every effort will be made to make sure that justice is done,” he said.

Modi added, “The entire nation is one in this resolve. Everyone who believes in humanity is with us.” He concluded with a powerful warning to the masterminds behind the attack: “The punishment will be significant and stringent, which these terrorists would have never even thought about.”

“The willpower of 140 crore Indians will now break the back of the masters of terror,” Modi declared, as the nation stands united in mourning and in the pursuit of justice.
