GUWAHATI: The nationwide lockdown is set to enter its fourth phase starting from May 18.
Addressing the nation on May 12, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "Lockdown 4.0 will be state specific and the details for the same will be released before May 18."
Owing to the coronavirus outbreak, India has been under lockdown since March 24. Lockdown 3.0 was scheduled to end on May 17. However, upon suggestions from various state governments, the lockdown has been extended with certain relaxations.
