GUWAHATI: In the recent cabinet meeting held on January 12 at the Janata Bhawan in Guwahati, the Assam Cabinet took some key decisions for the overall development of the state.
The Assam Cabinet amended the ‘The Assam Junior Forest Service Rules, 2005' regarding the syllabus for the written test for the direct recruitment into the Forester Grade-I and Forest Guard.
The syllabus will now include a Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test on par with Assam Police.
