GUWAHATI: All persons below 12 years and above 65 years of age have been restricted from coming out of their houses during lockdown, except in case of medical emergency, stated state minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
It should be mentioned that many relaxations have been announced in Assam to be applicable from May 4 onwards.
But the relaxations shall not be applicable in districts that fall under Orange Zone - Morigaon, Bongaigaon, Dhubri and Goalpara.
