GUWAHATI: Budget airlines, IndiGo on November 4 said that its servers are down across the country and has advised the travellers to see huge rush at the counters across India.

"Our systems are down across the network. We are expecting the counters to be crowded more than usual. Please bear with us as we try to solve the issue asap," the airline tweeted a while back.

It is to be mentioned that 100s of passengers at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBI) in Guwahati flying to other parts of India are facing delays in getting the boarding pass/tickets.

Notably many flights operating via IndiGo have been rescheduled making passengers in dire strait consequences.

According to reports, the staffs of the IndiGo airlines at Guwahati Airport are handing over tickets manually to the passengers due to the server crisis, resulting in long queue and delay.
