Parag Phukan, the prime accused in Bhupinder Singh hit-and-run case, will be produced in Gauhati High Court today.
On the night of 13th January, Bhupinder Singh, the manager of a city based restaurant was run over by a white Innova car in Jayanagar area of Guwahati.
After much investigation, the car involved in the accident was found hidden at a location in Gitanagar and the driver of the car, Parag Phukan, was arrested. Phukan is currently under arrest at Basistha Police Station. After the court's hearing, the police will again take him into custody.
