GUWAHATI: In a press release issued by the Assam Police, it has been informed that odd-even order for private vehicles plying with emergency permits in Guwahati will be followed from April 10.
As such all private vehicles having permits of movement during lockdown will have to follow the odd-even policy.
Starting tomorrow, all vehicles whose numbers end with a even digit are allowed to ply. Similarly, numbers ending with an odd digit will be allowed the next day. This policy will apply till the 12th of April.
However, all vehicles of health department and officials, media houses, government employees on duty, vehicles supplying water and full body trucks are exempted from the policy.
