The trial of the Oct 30, 2008 serial bomb blasts began on Monday at the newly opened special court.
Prime accused Ranjan Daimary along with 14 others appeared before the court.
The court has summoned five witnesses who will appear before it today. The trial into the case will be done on a fast track basis.
The October 30 serial blasts, which according to the Central Bureau of Investigation were trigerred by Ranjan Daimary, had claimed 88 lives, besides leaving hundreds injured. The CBI has charge sheeted 22 accused in this connection.
