GUWAHATI: Former Chief Minister of Assam Tarun Gogoi's health condition has deteriorated further.

Informing about the same, health minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma informed media from Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) today, "The former Chief Minister of Assam is completely on life support system now."
Tarun Gogoi is suffering from multiple organ failure with only minor eye reflexes and minimal brain response. The heart is responding only on pacemaker. Gogoi's oxygen saturation is currently at 85, when pumped mechanically.
Sarma added, "Only medical help will not be enough to bring him back to normal, some miracle would be necessary."
On 21st November, Tarun Gogoi was admitted to GMCH and has been on artificial life support ever since.
