GUWAHATI: A new guideline for city buses has been introduced to provide hassle-free movement and to mitigate traffic by the District Transport Officer & Secretary, Regional Transport Authority Kamrup.
The following guidelines have been established:
No handyman in city buses
Maximum 2 minutes waiting time at each stop
Bus drivers will have to paste their photos on the front of the vehicle, which has to be visible from a distance of at least 50 meters.
