A new App Based Transportation Network in Assam (Transportation vehicle Aggregator) named ferry9 has been launched in Assam. The App is designed for the benefit of multiple transportation vehicle types including Taxi (cab), Tempo (Auto Van) and Mini Truck. This is the first App Based Transportation Network of its kind where the goods carrying vehicles will also be benefited and users can find and book any vehicle they need using their smart phone very prompt and easily.
Initially, the services of ferry9 are being started simultaneously in 4 cities of Assam - Guwahati, Tezpur, Jorhat and Dibrugarh. Later, the services will be extended to other cities of the state. Unlike the other services like UBER and OLA, the service charges for the use of ferry9 network has been kept at minimum and flat in nature.
Vehicle owners will be charged only Rs. 10 per booking irrespective of Vehicle Types and fare amount. Vehicle attachment to ferry9 is currently free of charges (no joining fee for vehicle owners).
User (riders & transportation service seekers) can download the ferry9 application from Google Play Store and register with ID and password very easily and avail the service in the Guwahati, Tezpur, Jorhat & Dibrugarh. Fare structures for the user are also kept competitive and hassle free.
