Away from the hustle and bustle of Guwahati city resides the beautiful green campus of NEMCARE Group of Institutions (NGI). The institution which began its journey very recently in 2017 has grown up to have three schools spread within the campus of 20 acres.

Among the three schools, the NETES Institute of Pharmaceutical Science (NIPS) was the flagship institution. The institution which is recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi is aimed at defining the new profile of Pharmacy Education in the Northeast Region of the country.
College of Nursing, School of Nursing NEMCARE Foundation focuses on converting students into health care professionals.
NGI also offers various programmes in professional education. Under the NEMCARE Learnt Skills Limited, individuals can be trained to be certified healthcare professionals. The courses include X-Ray Technicians, Dialysis Technicians, Hospital Executive, and OT Technicians among others.
The campus is also home to a junior college ‘Salt Brook Mirza’ which is open for admission to Science and Arts HS students. The Junior college also provides integrated coaching for Medical and Engineering aspirants.
As the areas nearby Mizra do not have any educational institutions related to the pharmaceutical or health sector, NGI decided to set up a campus in the area to cater to the needs of the nearby students.
