GUWAHATI: Nehru Park, one of Guwahati's popular recreational spots, is set to receive two exciting new additions in the near future.
Speaking to G Plus, an official from the Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) revealed, "Plans are underway to introduce a toy train and a rain shelter to enhance the park's attractions and amenities."
These additions are expected to enhance the overall experience for visitors, providing them with more options for entertainment and comfort.
The project is currently in the planning phase, and the GMDA official expressed optimism about its completion within six months.
Although specific details about the design and features of the toy train and rain shelter are yet to be disclosed, their introduction is expected to bring joy and convenience to park-goers of all ages.
The toy train, which will be located in the children's section on the west side of Nehru Park, is anticipated to be a major attraction for young visitors. It will provide them with a unique and enjoyable way to explore the park's surroundings while creating lasting memories.
