GUWAHATI: In a tragic incident, a woman allegedly committed suicide at Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH) on Tuesday, October 15.
She allegedly jumped from the 3rd floor of the hospital in front of her husband, Akash Tanti.
According to reports, the woman, identified as Piniki Tanti, was admitted in the hospital where she gave birth to a baby on October 10.
The reason for her death is yet to be ascertained and police are currently investigating the matter.
