Mishap prevented in Air India Flight from Guwahati to Lilabari

Air India Flight AI 739 from Guwahati to Lilabari was averted mid-way and landed back in LGBI Airport, Guwahati.

According to sources, the aversion was made due to the occurrence of hydraulic fluid technical fault in the flight. In aeroplanes, hydraulics controls the movement of an aircraft in all four directions. In the event of a hydraulic failure, the pilots will lose the ability to control left or right. Only in the event of a total hydraulic failure will pilots be unable to climb.

The mishap was prevented and the lives of 47 passengers were somehow saved due to the bravery showed by the pilot of the fligh. Pilot Marcelo Marana took a turn mid-air and safely landed the flight at Guwahati airport in order to avoid any mishap.

The incident led to major chaos at the Guwahati airport.
