GUWAHATI: A serious mid air medical crisis was averted in a Delhi-Guwahati Air India flight on Sunday.
Just after the flight took off, a female passenger who hailed from Assam, fell unconscious in the flight. The patient was given first aid by the crew members, but nothing worked on their favour.
Luckily, a doctor was available in the flight among the passengers, who had to give the patient Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

According to sources, the condition of the patient was so serious that even the pilot contemplated of landing the flight in a nearby city before reaching New Delhi.
