GUWAHATI: An inmate who was serving a life sentence for killing his wife was found dead under mysterious circumstances inside Dibrugarh Central jail on Wednesday, October 9.
The deceased has been identified as Baban Upadhyay Tiyari from Dibrugarh’s Moran Bamunbari region.
Reportedly, he was sent behind bars for committing the murder in 2007.
