GUWAHATI: A man lost his life after being attacked by a pack of stray dogs in Gohain Tekela village in Assam’s Jorhat on Tuesday, November 19.

The attack occurred on the main road, leaving the victim unconscious in the street. Local residents discovered him and immediately rushed him to Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH) for treatment on Tuesday.
Despite the efforts, the victim succumbed to his injuries later in the evening.
Speaking to GPlus, an official from Bhogdoi police station confirmed the incident, stating, "The man lost his life following a stray dog attack in Gohain Tekela village. Local residents found him on Tuesday morning and took him to JMCH for treatment, but he unfortunately passed away later that night."
