GUWAHATI: The Kamrup (Metro) district administration has set up a 24x7 control room and helpline number as part of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The helpline number is 0361-2733052.
Authorities from the district administration have also mentioned that they will engage 1,495 presiding officers and 4,485 polling officers to carry out poll duty for the elections. In total, there are 525 polling stations in the district.
