GUWAHATI: In a dramatic incident, one person fell off from Neha Apartment, a multi-storeyed building in Athgaon. The person has been identified as Bhaskar, who served as a liftman in Block-5 of Neha Apartment. He has been immediately rushed to the hospital.
The fall was from quite a height as it bent a lamp post in the ground. Children playing outside were the first to witness the incident and were shaken by it.

It is not clear how exactly the victim fell, so, it has led to a lot of speculation. According to eyewitnesses, he jumped off the 7th floor, whereas, others say that he might have fallen from the 5th floor. Moreover, construction work is ongoing and there are windows with no panes.
