GUWAHATI: Ahead of the finale of the cooking reality show, MasterChef India Season 7, a photo of Nayanjyoti Saikia wearing the 'MasterChef coat' and carrying the trophy has gone viral suggesting that the Assam lad won this season.
The photo was uploaded on Twitter by a user in which even the crew members can be spotted behind him as they wrap the shoot for the finale.
" NAYANJYOTI lifts the #masterchefindia 7 Trophy. Finally, the Ending was good Congratulations to you nahhh Boy," wrote the user on Twitter while sharing the picture of Saikia in the winning apron.
The MasterChef India Season 7 aired on January 2, 2023, with Garima Arora, Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna as the celebrity chef judges.
Three residents from Assam were selected this season for MasterChef India to compete, namely, Nazia Sultana, Nayanjyoti Saikia and Santa Sarmah.
The show is aired on Sony TV and the SonyLIV application.
