GUWAHATI: Call for justice for the two Guwahati boys who were lynched to death in Karbi Anglong has gone far off to Russia.

Ellene Lemonade, who was a close friend of Nilotpal, took the lead to bring people of Russia together and protest against the brutal incident and demand justice for the two deceased friends.

Like several states of India, Nilotpal’s friends also protested against the inhuman act, by holding placards and demanding justice for the victims.

Lemonade in a Facebook post mentioned Nilotpal as a dear friend who won the heart of everyone around him with love and affection.

“He was really special human being and could never see anyone around him sad. His passion was towards art, music, and feeding people tasty food no matter how he felt feeding at that point,” she wrote.

She also shared that Nilotpal always spoke highly about the culture of Assam and India at large and wished to bring his friends to his homeland. But what happened in the land of Assam has deeply saddened his friends in Russia now.

“We as friends of Nilotpal request this country to stand strong and not forget this incident as both the souls lost in this gruesome manner is a stain on humanity, and to bring faith back in humanity we need to keep fighting for justice and preaching love and affection,” she added.
