On August 10, the foundation's Janjagaran Abhiyan was launched in northeast India through a program in Guwahati, Assam.

So far, the work of the foundation has started in about 20 districts of Assam and other north-eastern states.

In the coming time, there is a plan to extend the work to all the districts of northeast India. A seminar will be organized in Guwahati in the month of February next year.

Notably, suggestions from the public are being invited by the Prime Minister's Office for the "Mann Ki Baat" program of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to be aired on Sunday, August 30.

For this, a toll free number 1800-11-7800 has been issued; by calling this number any citizen will be able to give his message to the Prime Minister till 26th August.

The Jansankhya Samadhan Foundation appeals to the people of Assam to take advantage of this facility and send their message to the Prime Minister to bring #TwoChildPolicy and a strict population control law in the country.

If the voice of every citizen becomes the voice of the country, then surely the government will work on this issue soon.
