GUWAHATI: According to reports, Jet Airways has suspended its flights to eastern and northeastern regions indefinitely.
Based on a statement by a travel industry source, all Jet Airways operations in the eastern region have been suspended and no Jet flights will be operational to and from Kolkata, Patna, Guwahati and other airports in the region.
A number of flights scheduled to and from several regions in east and northeastern India which includes Mumbai-Kolkata, Kolkata-Guwahati, Dehradun-Guwahati via Kolkata were cancelled on Friday, April 12.

These flights have been cancelled until further notice due to operational reasons. The airline has mentioned that refunds for cancellations are currently being processed.
Jet Airways’ current fleet only operates 14 flights, as compared to 123 planes when it was at its peak.
