JEE (Advanced) 2024 Results: None In Top 10 From IIT Guwahati Zone, Only 2 In Top 100

 

GUWAHATI: The results for JEE (Advanced) 2024, the gateway examination for entry into the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), were declared on Sunday, June 9. Notably, there were no top 10 rank holders from the IIT Guwahati zone and only two in the top 100.

A total of 1,80,200 candidates appeared for both papers on May 26. Among them, 48,248 candidates have qualified, with 2,458 from the IIT Guwahati zone.

Ved Lahoti from the IIT Delhi zone emerged as the top ranker in the Common Rank List (CRL), scoring an impressive 355 out of 360. Dwija Dharmeshkumar Patel from the IIT Bombay zone is the highest-ranked female candidate, securing the 7th position overall with 332 out of 360 marks.

Leading the charge from the IIT Guwahati zone is Avik Das, who achieved a Common Rank List (CRL) position of 69. Among the female candidates from the IIT Guwahati zone, Archita Banka shone brightly, securing a CRL rank of 558, making her the top female performer from the region.
