GUWAHATI: It seems the Irani gang is back in Guwahati and is busy targeting those who are not alert. On 3 December, the railway police arrested one gang member from the Guwahati Railway Station.
The arrested person has been identified as Dinesh Shah (27) and is a resident of Kalibari Railway Colony, Kishanganj, Bihar.

The police managed to recover 30 tablets of Nitrazepam, 4 Dula Fena tablets and 5 packets of itching herb. It is to be understood that the tablets were to be used on innocent rail passengers by infusing it with food and intoxicating them to loot their valuables.
The railway police has lodged a complaint under section 320/380 at the Government Railway Police Station at Guwahati and a case has been registered.
