India Produces Evidence of Pakistan trying to Target Army Bases in J&K

GUWAHATI: A joint press conference was addressed by the Indian Navy, Air Force and Army on Thursday where it was stated that Pakistan had intruded into Indian territory and tried to attack Indian military installations.

Speaking to the media, Air Vice Marshal RGK Kapoor revealed, “There is enough evidence to show that F-16s aircraft were used in this mission through their electronic signatures. Parts of AMRAAM, air-to-air missile which is carried only on the Pakistani F-16s were recovered east of Rajouri within the Indian territory.”

The Indian army presented the evidence to prove that Pakistan used F-16 jets to intrude into Indian airspace and attempted to attack military installations and formations in Jammu & Kashmir. Also, the Air Vice Marshal confirmed that one F-16 of Pakistan Air Force was shot down by an Indian MIG 21 Bison.
