GUWAHATI: The Railway police have seized 5 kilograms of opium at Guwahati Railway Station, on Friday, November 29.
The drugs were being carried to New Delhi in a Rajdhani Express train.
Police have also arrested the person who was the carrying the drugs and have identified him as Sukhbir Singh.
On the other hand, the railway police have also seized around 14,000 intoxicated tablets from the station from a Manipur youth named Roshan Baniya, who was carrying the drugs from Dimapur.
