GUWAHATI: The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has issued helpline numbers to report and address garbage-related grievances in 10 wards of the city on December 26.
The numbers +91 7086053941 and +91 7086028339 have been listed as ‘Guwahati’s Garbage Hero Helpline’ where residents can report their garbage issues through WhatsApp.
This garbage issue redressal initiative has been undertaken by GMC for the city wards: 18, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 36, 48, 49, and 59.

Chief Minister of Assam also reposted the tweet stating, “Everyone is requested to report any garbage-related issues in the given numbers. Let's all join hands in making a clean & garbage-free Guwahati.”
