GUWAHATI: An unidentified body was recovered from the campus of Khanapara Veterinary College on 17th September, Thursday.
A person named Parag Das reportedly discovered the body and informed Dispur Police.
Prafulla Kumar Das, officer-in-charge of Dispur PS informed G Plus that the deceased was around 40 years old.
"Residents said that he was a homeless person who lived in the area. A few days back he had fallen from a tree. The accident has been suspected to be the cause of death," Das added.
