GUWAHATI: Amidst the Saraswati Puja celebrations in Guwahati, a third student has gone missing, causing concern among the residents.
The missing student, a Class 7 student from Noonmati High School in Bapuji Nagar No. 2 in Noonmati, disappeared on the day of Saraswati Puja, leaving the family distressed. The family has filed a report at Noonmati Police Station, seeking help.

The police, in response to the situation, have started an investigation, and the case has been registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
The family suspects the alleged involvement of a young man, but despite their concerns, there is still no sign of the missing girl. Attempts to contact the suspect by the police have not been successful, making the situation more complicated.
Talking to GPlus, an official from Noonmati Police Station said, "We are investigating the case."
Further investigation is underway.
Two other students who had gone missing on the same day from Tihu have been recovered.
