GUWAHATI: GPlus Athletic is gearing up for its next encounter in the Guwahati Premier Football League against Young Amateur Club on December 27 at Judges' Field, Guwahati.
After a fairly comfortable victory for GPlus Athletic in their last match, the team is looking forward to their next match with renewed vigour. In the points table, GPlus Athletic stands third in Cluster A but with games in hand over the teams above them, they would be hoping to close the gap and maybe surpass them.
With six points on the board and a healthy goal difference of five, the team has three more matches in the pipeline. Anticipation is high as football enthusiasts eagerly await more thrilling action on the field.
The final positions on the points table will be clear once every team from Clusters A and B play six matches each. Spectators are expected to rise in number as the league is halfway through.
