GUWAHATI: The Jalukbari Police in Guwahati has apprehended a person named Jitu Choudhury, aged 26 years in context to a drug-related case.

The bust was done as per information and the police recovered two packets of suspected brown sugar weighing 30.780 gm from a WagonR car.
Further, the police apprehended another person named Muktar Ali from Amingaon, Hajo Chowk. Two packets of brown sugar contained in 2 soap cases weighing 30.780 gms were recovered. Along with that, three mobile phones, a WagonR car with R/no. AS01DZ9126 and cash worth Rs. 26,500/- was confiscated.
