Two players of Gauhati Town club chess foundation namely Bhargab Saikia of KV IIT and Achitanga Kashyap of Pragjyotish Higher Secondary School have been awarded International Rating of 1043 and 1515 respectively by the World Chess Federation recently.
The duo have been undergoing training at Gauhati Town Club Chess Foundation under Padma Gogoi and Nadan Buragohain.
