GUWAHATI: Facebook Inc has confirmed that an issue with uploading or sending media files on its apps and platforms has been resolved.
Earlier on Wednesday, many users globally were not able to send and receive images, videos and other files over platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
According to a report by the Hindustan Times, a representative from the popular social media website said that during their routine maintenance operations, they triggered an issue that caused the problems on the three platforms.
