Guwahati: Free screening of Parmanu in cinema halls on Independence Day

GUWAHATI: This Independence Day, cinema theatres in Guwahati have arranged for a free screening of a 'patriotic film' at their theatres.

The film Paramanu, starring John Abraham has been selected for screening by the theatre owners after a meeting with DC, Kamrup (M), Virendra Mittal.

The screening, which is completely free of cost, is scheduled at 11 AM on August 15. 

The show will be open for students from Class VIII to Post Graduate level. The students will have to show their identity cards, and entry will be on the first come first serve basis.

Free shows will be arranged at Anuradha – Bamunimaidam, Pragjyoti – Maligaon, Apsara – Ulubari, Meghdoot – Paltan Bazar, Bandana – Noonmati, Urvashi – Fancy Bazar, Galleria – Hub Bhangagarh, Gold Cinema – Paltan Bazar (ASTC), Narengi and Lakhtakia, Cinepolis – Christian Basti, Grande Cines – Paltan Bazar, PVR – Dona Planet.
